FARMERS MARKET HUMMUS

Came across the idea of farmers market hummus on Pinterest (check out half baked harvest!! She’s amazing!) and could not stop thinking about it! This snack is perfect for spring

(It’s my new fav light lunch 🥰 and my new fav way to fight quarantine 15 😩)

Gluten-free, refined sugar free, Vegan 🌱, and ready in 15 minutes. If that’s not perfect, then I don’t know what is ✨ .

RECIPE:

-Blend 1 can of beans, the juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 tahini, 1 clove of garlic, salt to taste, to create a smooth paste.

-While blender is mixing drizzle in 2 Tbs of ice water

-Top with seasonal fruits and vegetables and serve with flatbreads and toast!
