GREENS, EGGS, AND HAM
I like to call this greens, eggs, and ham 🍳🥬.

When i find myself wanting a hearty breakfast but i don’t have a lot of time on my hands i throw together some eggs, toast, greens, and another source of protein. Additional veggies are entirely up to you! I decided on herby garlic butter toast, sautéed kale (recipe below!), some random baked ham from the freezer (hell yeah for leftovers!), and 2 over medium eggs. .

Kale is one of those foods I try to incorporate into most meals. For this morning I added garlic and avocado oil to a pan on medium heat (this is when you can add some crushed red pepper flakes for some SPICE). I then added a few handfuls of kale and some chicken stock. (Vegan friends!! vegetable stock is perfect for this as well! Tons of flavor!!) I let that cook down and served it up 🤘🏽🥬
