CHOCOLATE QUINOA

Want a delicious chocolatey breakfast but don’t want to completely disregard your New Years resolution? Chocolate quinoa may be the answer. I know I know, no one LOVES quinoa. But if you add a little chocolate and some fresh fruit could it be all that bad? *

Here’s what’s in my bowl:
• White Quinoa (High in fiber and protein)
• Cocoa Powder (reduces inflammation)
• Blackberries (packed with vitamin C and K)
• Blueberries ( Antioxidants galore)
• Granola
• Toasted almonds (Healthy fats)
• Toasted coconut
• Mint (digestion) .

*okay I also added some dark chocolate chips on top. It’s the weekend though so I’m sure it doesn’t count 😉 .
