OATS + PERSIMMONS
Good morning!! There’s nothing I love more than a tasty breakfast with health benefits. Here’s my oatmeal with cinnamon and persimmons.
Did you know that persimmons have great source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, and support eye health!? I can’t get enough! 😍
These are the ingredients that I used in my bowl:
- cinnamon
- oatmeal
- almond milk
- pumpkin seeds [contains mega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber]
- cacao nibs [antioxidants]
- goji berries [Vitamin C]
- desiccated (shredded) coconut
