PORK BELLY BIBIMBAP

On my plate is grilled gochujang pork belly, kimchi cucumbers, seaweed salad, spinach, purple cabbage, carrots, and my favorite part - a fried sunny-side-up egg with a drizzle of toasted sesame oil 😍
Besides rice all topping are optional however the sauce recipe below will take any protein from 0-100 VERY quickly!
Gochujang Sauce
4 Tbs Gochujang
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Mirin
1 Tbs Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbs Honey
1 Clove Garlic (grated fine)
Mix all of these together until nice and smooth!
Toss in your main of choice (Pork Belly, Tempeh, Cauliflower, Tempeh, Shrimp, Chicken Thighs, Steak) and put into a hot pan lightly coated with oil. The sauce will bubble up and thicken as the meat cooks! It is so SO good!
